Terms & Conditions

Rodenberg Tillman & Associates, and its subsidiaries (“Rodenberg”) want you to be familiar with our Terms & Conditions when you decide to do business with us.

These Terms & Conditions link to the Linking Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If there is a conflict between these Policies and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions will take precedence.

Financial Terms & Conditions for participating in our Master Class:

(In case of conflict, this section will take precedence over the Terms & Conditions referred to above.)

Payment must be conducted before the start of the Master Class.

Cancellations are accepted at 25 percent of the participation cost four (4) weeks before the start of the Master Class. After this period no reimbursement will be possible, however replacement of a colleague is fully accepted. The firm is not forced to fulfill any obligations in case of Force Majeure and reimbursement is therefore not applicable. Force Majeure on the part of the firm means, among other things, power failures, war, epidemic/pandemic, internet, data network and telecom failures and general transport problems.

RT&A Servicedesk Contract “De Strippenkaart”:

(In case of conflict, this section will take precedence over the Terms & Conditions referred to above.)

To support you and your organization after a project, RT&A advises to make use of our RT&A Servicedesk Contract or “De Strippenkaart”. De standard Servicedesk contract is a prepaid service consisting of 10 hours of service. The hours RT&A makes under this Servicedesk contract will be deducted from the standard Servicedesk hours until it reaches zero (0) hours, after which a new Servicedesk contract or “Strippenkaart” needs to be purchased. Your questions and requests will be processed by our specialists. We strive to followup on your questions and requests as soon as we can. Questions and requests will be processed during our normal business hours. The quickest way for you to report a question or request is by email. Once one of our specialists has processed your question or request, he or she will contact you to provide feedback, and to inform you on the hours/work involved if applicable. If a Question can be immediately answered by our specialists by email, the time it took for our specialist to create the answer will be deducted from the Servicedesk contract. Time used, will be calculated in units of fifteen (15) minutes.

A question or request to our Servicedesk can only be done by one an individual that has been appointed as official Servicedesk contact for your company. This will ensure the integrity, quality and confidentiality of the Servicedesk service to you and your company. The individual that has been appointed as official Servicedesk contact for your company will be verified by his email address from which the communication is received before the question or request can be processed.

The Servicedesk service is a fully “remote” service. However if on-site support is needed to be able to answer a question or resolve a request, this can be arranged, however a separate quotation for approval will be send out to the customer before any on-site support is provided.

Through the use of this Servicedesk contract, you and your company are in control of the hours of support you need. The Servicedesk contract and the hours are only valid for one (1) year after purchase. After this year, a new Servicedesk contract can be bought and the remainder of the hours of the previous Servicedesk contract will be moved into the new Servicedesk contract. If you or your company decide not to buy a new Servicedesk contract after expiration of the previous one, the remaining hours will be lost. RT&A, at its full discretion, will do its best to inform you in time if your Servicedesk contract is about to expire or that the hours still available on the Servicedesk contract are running low.

Additional;

Please be advised that all calls, to and from Rodenberg Tillman & Associates, including but not limited to Conference Calls and Webinars, are recorded and stored indefinitely for legal purposes. In contrary to the terms set out in the Privacy Policy, the call recordings will not be available for deletion, or be made a copy of upon request. If you don’t want your call to be recorded and stored indefinitely, terminated the call immediately, including Conference Call & Webinars.
